Courtesy of nesbar over at the WO/F4W forum since I was at WonderCon.
- Excalibur comes out and states that due to Super Dragon's injury, the multi-team tag match will only be three teams and that the card will be shaken up a little.
- Steen comes out with his mangled tag title and says that he's sorry that he won't be able to defend the tag belts but is willing to take on anybody. Peter Avalon runs in and attacks him from behind.
- Kevin Steen vs. Peter Avalon - Nice comedy match with Avalon bumping like a mofo and getting chopped to hell by Steen. Steen wins after a package piledriver. Steen grabs the mic and warns El Generico that he never got his rematch for the PWG title, so watch his back.
- Brian Cage-Taylor vs. Ray Rosas - Decent match but nothing big. Rosas got his fanny pack over which is good since he was selling some as merch. Cage gets the pin after a discus clothesline to the back of Rosas' head.
- Joey Ryan vs. Candice LaRae - Joey came out fully shaven, moppy haired and dressed just like Andy Kaufman! He cut a promo almost word-for-word like Kaufman's Intergender Wrestling Title promos. Candice comes out and it's wrestled like the usual Candice vs. Joey match. An entertaining twist and homage to the old angle, but aside from that it was the same as the ones you've seen before with boobs-plex, balls-plex, and all that. Still entertaining but "eh." Candice wins via victory roll.
- Scorpio Sky vs. TJ Perkins - The crowd wasn't into the match but these guys put on a good show. Lots of kicks, flying, and counters ending with Sky clamping on the dragon sleeper for the submission.
- Super Smash Bros. vs. The RockNES Monsters vs. The Young Bucks - These guys lit the house on fire! Great match with tons of double teams, fast action, super kicks, and quick comedy spots. Player Uno got a pin on one of the Bucks for the win. The crowd went nuts.
- Kyle O'Reilly vs. Alex Kozlov - A fine match between the two that wasn't big on some folks, but I enjoyed it. Lots of kicks by O'Reilly and Alex played up the Russianness. O'Reilly snags Kozlov in a front choke for the win.
- Roderick Strong vs. Willie Mack - Awesome hard hitting contest that started slow but picked up really fast in the final minutes. Mack is over as hell, with the crowd chanting "NEXT WORLD CHAMP!" at him. Mack picks up the win and gestures for gold.
- PWG World Title : El Generico vs. Eddie Edwards - Match is about to start when Steen shows up. He says that the PWG Board of Directors said that if it was okay with Edwards and Generico, Steen can cash in his rematch tonight and match it a three way. Both men accept!
- PWG World Title: El Generico vs. Eddie Edwards vs. Kevin Steen - A fast paced three way with most of the time featuring two men doing spots while the third recovers. Got some great three man spots like Steen lifting both men for a Samoan drop. Match ends with Generico hitting the BRAINBUSTAHHHHH!!!! on Edwards, getting pulled outside the ring by Steen, Steen taking out Generico with a powerbomb to the apron, and Steen stealing the pin on Edwards. New World Champion: Kevin Steen!
Steen grabs both the PWG title and the mangled tag belt and gloats to Generico. "Everything you can do, I can do better!" Generico falls to his knees in frustration as Eddie looks on crestfallen. Interesting lead up to next month's DDT4.
