The strap match took a turn for the strange. Kimata appeared without his normal mask, instead wearing a small S&M Mistress mask. Gamma upstaged him by wearing a a larger S&M Mistress mask, purple thong, and full body fishnet stocking. Kotoka was mistakenly hit by an errant whip attack, unlocking a masochistic side. He realized he enjoyed being whipped, & asked to be struck on his behind. Perhaps he is still traumatized by his near-rape experiences back at the June DDG show. Having defended his own theme song, Gamma presented a new theme to Kimata. The theme was a loop of the Veteran Army booing loudly.
Yoshino introduced the new WORLD-1 International assistant. It is none other than Daichi Hashimoto, of ZERO1. He is, of course, the son of the late Shinya Hashimoto. Yoshino met him while training at the MidBREATH gym. He will team up with Yoshino on 9/23 in Ota-ku, forming the DaiYoshi tag. Doi will not be teaming with him, because he had other plans. He challenged whoever was champion on 9/23 to give him a Dream Gate shot!
Masamune will get his Brave Gate title match in Ota-ku.
MB attacked Kanda after the semi-final, but Mistress Gamma made the save. He and Kanda whipped MB until they ran off.....
The first attempt at the end of the show lead to the Twin Gate match for Ota being set. It will be MochiFujii challenging. There will be singles match next month in Korakuen in advance of it. Fujii & YAMATO demanded their match be falls count anywhere.
Doi came out to formally challenge CIMA. This lead to a hastily created CIMA Royale 7. Doi was entered. Tanisaki got in because of his win over CIMA in Hakata. Kanda got in due to his good form tonight. AraKen got in, just because. Doi quickly won, officially securing the match for Ota. It will be one day after the five year anniversary of his 2007 Dream Gate challenge in Ota. He debuted the Muscular Bomb in that match, and nearly ended CIMAs' career. Naturally, Doi reminded him of it. He promised to once again send him to hospital. CIMA replied that there would be no Muscular Bomb in Ota this time.
Also set for Korakuen on 9/14 is a One Night Tag Tournament. This is to make up for the lack of a pure tag league due to the trios league. Each unit (except -akatsuki-) will put up a team. WORLD-1 will have DoiYoshi, since they are the only members of the unit right now. From The Veteran Army will be CK-1, CIMA & DK.
CIMA (finally) closed the show with the usual stirring speech. Because he is CIMA.

During the Veteran Army opening MC, Gamma said he would be bringing a new unit assistant to Kyoto next week. They will be Osaka related, but won't be Magnitude Kishiwada.
Naoki Tanizaki interfered on the main event, going after Tanisaki. They brawled again after the match ended. Tanizaki challenged for the Triangle Gate. Tanisaki accepted, but if the Jimmys lose, Tanizaki will lose his name. If they win, Tanizaki will still take a Jimmys name but it will be one of his own choosing. Hopefully there is an official announcement on this match soon with the exact stipulations.

The new Veteran Army member is Kaijin Habu Otoko, most recently of Okinawa Pro Wrestling fame. Prior to that he competed as Super Demekin, Goa, Super Dolphin, & Zero (in that order) for Osaka Pro Wrestling. CIMA berated Gamma for making the poor fellow fly from Okinawa all the way to Kyoto, then asked if he was really a veteran. Gamma confirmed his 13 years of service. In honour of his landing in DG, he will be undergoing a name change. The Kaijin & Otoko will be dropped, leaving him as HABU. The Jimmys came out, & they argued for a bit. Mainly around this mysterious new snake fellow and what he brought to the table.
Tanisaki hit Tanizaki with the yellow box, allowing Tozawa to pin him. They argued back and forth in advance of their name battle in Ota. Tanizaki promised to show Kyoto his new Jimmys version next time they come.
HABUs' finisher is a high speed frog splash/diving body press. Kagetora, the only one who actually knew him, tepidly congratulated him on his debut win. He warned him that in DG, he was his enemy, and next time the result would be different.
CIMA confirmed that going forward, HABU would be joining up for all events in the Kansai area. This would include the important stops in Kyoto, Osaka, & the monthly events in Kobe Sambo Hall.

CIMA{W}, Gamma, HUB (16:28 Mad Splash) Akira Tozawa, BxB Hulk, Kzy{L}
Apparently, his name is actually HUB. I assumed this was a typo yesterday because it doesn't really make much sense. HUB would still be pronounced the same way when said in Japanese, so it is just an unfortunate spelling error. He is still a snake man, not a TV station or network device. Tozawa promised to cut off his tail. (He has a long tail attached to his mask that he frequently uses to strike opponents)
After some Veteran Army/MB banter, Kanda suddenly charged the ring with a whip to attack MB. This would seem to set him up as the last member of the Gamma team in Ota-ku.

Gamma & Ichikawa came out to introduce their X for the opener. He had planned for it to be HUB, but he ended up having commitments in Z1. They decided to just make a go for it 2 on 3. Horiguchi made a surprise entry here, to help out. Ironically he is the opponent for HUB in Z1. Gamma told him that HUB was a tough opponent so he probably should not be here. Ichikawa slapped him, and insisted on taking the help because he didn't want to fight 2 on 3.
MB attacked Ichikawa afterwards, prompting a save by the whip wielding Kanda. They ran off MB. Kanda asked Gamma to let be the X on his team in Ota. Gamma declined, saying that plans were already made for HUB to be on the team. Kanda gave him a John Woo out of anger. He said he would find something else to do, but wouldn't forget this slight.
Tanisaki mocked Tanizaki for his lack of accomplishments, and promised to end his career in Ota.
Doi celebrated his pin on CIMA. He promised a repeat in Ota, except it wouldn't be by flash pin. it would be a decisive three count. CIMA took his loss badly, and took the L on the microphone battle too. He wodnered if Doi was strong enough to beat him in a decisive fashion, but admitted that the Muscular Bomb could do him in. He asked the fans if they thought there would be a generation shift in Ota. Doi responded that the decision was his to make.
As promised, the YAMATO/Fujii match battled all over the hall. The final pin came somewhere on the south side of it.
Takagi gave Mochizuki a Death Valley Bomb on the apron. The damage left him unable to return by the 20 count.
Tanisaki told the small fish to get out of the ring so MB could celebrate their tournament win. Tanizaki jumped him and gave him an Implant. He told him when he loses in Ota, he will start over from the beginning as Takuya Tomakomai.
The Jimmys were left to close out the show. Kanda didn't care about Ota anymore, he was looking to Korakuen next month. He wanted revenge on Gamma for passing on him. Nothing was set up for it, though.
The Jimmys closed things out with their usual WE ARE JIMMYS call & Jimmys Train.
