Cage has certainly been stepping up his game and there are a few of us who believe he and Steen will surprise a lot of folks.

The only PWG DVD that I own is "PWG Sells Out." There are some phenomenal matches on it and it was definitely worth the purchase, but over all, I really wasn't that impressed. With it being a "best of," perhaps I expected too much for every single match to truly live up to a "best of" label. Anyways, what other PWG shows would you recommend as being the best they have to offer? Maybe "PWG Sells Out 2" is the next logical step?

Where to begin answering a question like this? Much of the very first shows are hard to find since PWG self-produced them and would require them to spend a lot to make more. The Battle of Los Angeles shows are well worth picking up. A great mixture of talent and matches. I would also recommend checking out the DDT4 tournaments, the All-Star Weekend shows, and the Kurt RussellReunion shows. As far as individual shows go, I'd say Life During Wartime, Astonishing X-Mas, Steen Wolf, Guerre Sans Frontières, and Giant Size Annual #4.

Results from last night.
Due to Super Dragon's injury, Appetite for Destruction was stripped of the PWG World Tag Team Championship. The No DQ Tag Match between Super Smash Bros. and The Young Bucks will now be for the vacant titles.
1. B-Boy defeated Famous B
2. TJ Perkins defeated Ryan Taylor
3. PWG World Heavyweight Championship Kevin Steen retained over Brian Cage-Taylor
4. PWG World Tag Team Championhip - No Disqualification Match Super Smash Bros. defeat The Young Bucks to become the NEW Champions!
5. Six-Person Tag Team Match Candice LaRae and The RockNES Monsters defeated Joey Ryan, Ray Rosas, and Peter Avalon
6. Willie Mack defeated Michael Elgin
7. Main Event El Generico defeated Ricochet
The show was said to have been the best so far this year. The Steen title match had to take place in the first half of the show because he had to catch a flight out. Brian was said to have been excellent in his match and proved his worth as a main eventer. The main event was also excellent.

I am looking to stock up on 2011/2012 PWG DVD's. I already have DDT4 2011 and Steen Wolf. Both top notch shows. I am sold on getting DDT4 2012 and Fear. What else should I purchase?

Kurt RussellReunion III has some solid matches, including an excellent trios main event (Generico/PAC/Yoshino vs. Dragon/Steen/Tozawa).

Hello Guys!!! I am a PWG Regular and thought I'd share some pictures and my thoughts of the last PWG Show. My Quick Thoughts of each match: Singles MatchB-Boy vs. Famous BFelt like this was a hard hitting match with some good spots. The Crowd was into it from the beginning. Good opener for the show. B-Boy winning the match but shaking the hand of Famous B after. I'd say *** Singles MatchTJ Perkins vs. Ryan TaylorI don't know what was up with the Ryan Taylor hate discussion earlier. He was really impressive in this bout. TJ Perkins gets the win. I'd say another solid *** Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Championship Title Match"Mr. Wrestling" Kevin Steen (Champion) vs. Brian Cage (Challenger)This was a really entertaining match, but as I said in the other Thread, lots of talking from Steen giving a lot of laughs but too much for a World Title match though. Brian Cage looked Great. Lots of crazy holy crap moments. And a near fall from Cage getting me to think he would have Won the Title. Then a lame roll up pin from Steen. It gave Steen the victory and made Cage look almost unbeatable which is good. I see a World Title for this man in the future. He is main event material. Winner: Steen. I'd give this a *** ½ No Disqualification Tag Team Match For Tag Team ChampionshipSuper Smash Bros. (Player Uno & Stupefied) vs. The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson)The second these two teams got in the ring, it was complete madness. I didn't know where to look to be honest. The whole room was standing for this one. Hard chair shots, and the table breaking right next to me. The last few minutes with many near falls and the place was going absolutely crazy. This match, I felt should, and would have Main Evented but due to SSB/and Steen having to travel, their matches were in first Half. But Winner and New Tag Champions...SSB! I'd give this brawl a **** INTERMISSIONSix-Person Tag Team MatchCandice LeRae & RockNES Monsters (Johnny Goodtime & Johnny Yuma) vs. "Pretty" Peter Avalon, Ray Rosas, & Joey RyanJoey Ryan is now "Trending" Joey Ryan since he was trending world wide on twitter. This was a fun match, little slow or awkward at bits. Some funny bits. Nothing really special honestly, good match to get people into it after the intermission. Candice LeRae & RockNES Monsters pick up the win. I'd say ** or **½ Singles Match"Unbreakable" Michael Elgin vs. Willie MackI think his has been my favorite Willie Mack match thus far. This match was battle of the titans. Everyone was into this match. This match did not disappoint. I wish it would have actually gone a bit longer though. Willie Mack beats Elgin. I'd give this a ***½, could have easily passed that if it had gone a bit longer. Grudge MatchEl Generico vs. RicochetEven though I thought the Tag Match should have Main Evented the show, This match still delivered as a strong main event and a great closing for the show. Compared past Ricochet vs. Generico, including their recent one in Evolve, I'd say this one has to be my favorite one. From beginning to end, great action, fast paced and some crazy spots. Ricochet pointed out my Dragon Gate shirt during the match, so look out for that on the DVD. I almost thought it was over after Ricochet hit the Top Rope reverse hurricarana I think, to Generico. But Generico picked up the win after a top rope Brain Buster. This match easily gets a **** I actually prefer this show over DDT4 even though DDT4 this year was great. Can't wait for next show. I won't be missing it.
