[Review]Considering that a new building was introduced after 8years of the old one,(and majority of fanbase crapped all over this one) I was mostly impressed with it. Between the empty plush black sofas/blue bathroom lighting & medium sized multi-level spacing it was in some ways better than hammerSTEEN.(wink-wink) Got in expertly timed compliment on Mandy Leon's shiny/sexy dress. Pre-show bout was somewhat watchable between fan chats. Cary getting award added extra sentimental holiday touch! "MR.Underrated" Whitmer did his usual consistently reliable thing carrying greenhorns. Coleman continued re-setting his singles star status while winner hanson became largest darkhorse surprise of entire show. "MR. Underrated/ROH" strong deserves 1/2 credit for helping compliment page's improving work. Recently "returning" & reheeled elgin earned win over a very game ciampa.(who i still agree didn't deserve overly brief tv title run) "Bullet Clubbing" bucks closed out another dominant/excellent year while ach & alexander reconfirmed their pwi nomination-worthy breakout year in potential showstealer! (kudos to "addition's" xmen-style pants) Jury's-still-out-on moose in mostly one-sided squash.(two things keeping this from being complete bathroom break was veda scott's plot twist & sympathy of evans group/streak double loss) Was somewhat dissapointed that tv title bout wasn't much better considering both star's resumes.(like MOTYC level) O'Reilly & Fish closed out their even bigger & better year in expected "fiery fashion" over very impressive shelley/kushida.(ppv highlight was their outfit/video combination that would've made michael j. fox applaud) Founding Father Briscoe reinforced his better(& longer)second title reign over "grand slam club" member/nomination-worthy/former double heel champion cole in "extremely honorable" fashion!! Overall FB 14 was on same level as 13 but still hasn't regained past decade standards.
